Operational Policy

Nordic Carton shall carefully select suppliers and technical equipment to manufacture—as efficiently and resource-consciously as possible—carton packaging, wet-glue labels, and printed matter in accordance with customer requirements.

Through well-established procedures, Nordic Carton shall:

• Review and document customer requirements and wishes, and fulfill applicable requirements.
• Strive to ensure that all functions get things right from the start.
• Manufacture products that meet customer requirements.
• Deliver on schedule.
• Continuously improve operations and the quality management system based on any non-conformities.
• In the company’s continued development, the utmost consideration shall be given to the environment. Environmentally friendly products shall be prioritized over products with a comparable environmental impact, and we shall optimize our energy usage.
• In our work on continuous improvement and pollution prevention, we shall, among other things, optimize the use of setup materials and thereby reduce chemical consumption.
• We shall comply with applicable environmental legislation, regulations, and other requirements relevant to the organization.
• Staff and customers shall be kept continuously informed of changes.
• All staff shall demonstrate personal responsibility and an interest in the environment, and shall follow established instructions and procedures.
